  First of all they do not know how to write an obituary! I had to tell them what to write and they still left important information out. Second, you better make sure you have them burn your loved ones pictures on their dvd because if you doo not then you can not touch their tv in the main lobby!! But, they will not tell you this until the day of the funeral. Third, Make sure you burn a disc for the songs you want but don't worry you can burn that yourself and still use their speakers. Lastly, make sure you bring that check because they will be asking for it the moment the funeral is over even if you have proof of payment coming later that week for example a gofund me account!!!! This place is the most rude and disrespectful business I have ever dealt with!! It took them almost a month for them to get my brother's ashes because they did not call the medical examiner, thank goodness I did or I probably would still be waiting. I do NOT recommend them because they could not accommodate for my brothers funeral even after being notified.
